Known as the most flamboyant personality within the world of lilies, Oriental hybrid lilies are characterized by their immense flowers, intense fragrance, and rich colors. Many Oriental lilies may grow 3′-6′ in height, much taller than Asiatic lilies.
Care Instructions
Growing Oriental lily plants is fairly easy, provided you have a well-prepared site for bulbs, plenty of sun, and good drainage. These lilies do not perform well in alkaline soil. For Oriental hybrids, the soil’s pH should be between 6.5-6.8. Once bulbs bloom, keep them moderately moist. Hardiness zones range from 4-9.
