The tulip is the most popular of the spring-flowering bulbs. It also offers the greatest variety in color, shape, and form of any bulb. Tulips can make a colorful addition to any flower bed or garden and are easy to grow.
Care Instructions
Tulips are remarkably versatile and will grow in sun or partial shade. Tulips should be planted in good soil that is well-drained. Because tulips are low-maintenance, they rarely need water. Water them once after planting (a good soaking) and then again when they first start to sprout green leaves. Hardiness zones range from 4-6.
