Care Instructions
Light: Morning sun with afternoon shade is ideal. In cooler climates, plants can tolerate more sun with consistent moisture.
Water: Keep soil consistently moist but not soggy. Water deeply when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry, especially during hot weather.
Fertilizer: Feed in early spring with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer for flowering shrubs.
Pruning: Minimal pruning is needed. Remove dead stems in early spring after new growth appears and deadhead spent blooms throughout the season.
Cold Hardiness: USDA Zones 4–9. Mulch around the base in late fall to protect roots, especially in colder climates.
