Pond Apple Tropical Cooler
Ingredients:
1 ripe pond apple, pulp removed
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon lime juice
Optional garnish: fresh mint, pineapple slices, toasted coconut
Directions:
- Scoop the pond apple pulp into a blender and discard any seeds.
- Add the pineapple, frozen banana, coconut water, and lime juice.
